In the course of my career, I've worked as a personal assistant, a project assistant, an administrative officer, an event coordinator, and a website and graphic designer... Administrative

  • Providing general administrative support for the office.

  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.

  • Organizing and scheduling appointments, planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.

  • Developing and maintaining a filing system.

  • Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.

  • Maintaining company contact lists.

  • Booking travel arrangements for office staff and managers, and submitting and reconciling expense reports.

  • Invoicing, liaising with Accounting Department/external accountant.

  • Assisting in the preparation of business reports.

  • Coordinating with internal and external clients.

  • Maintaining company's website and social media, preparing newsletters.

  • Other administrative duties as may be required.

Projects - Services

Project
Assistant

30 EUR per hour
  • Providing assistance in preparation and implementation of projects.

  • Preparing project proposals and tendering documentation.

  • Administrative monitoring of project implementation (staff time, project budget, staff travel, milestones and deliverables).

  • Developing and maintaining a project filing system.

  • Research & analysis, drafting project reports and presentations.

  • Qualitative & quantitative data collection.

  • Evaluation of project implementation and results.

  • Communication with stakeholders and clients.

  • Project visibility, incl. designing and preparing information materials, project website and social media presence, newsletters and press releases.

  • Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Events - Services

Event
Coordinator

30 EUR per hour
  • Identifying client’s requirements and expectations.

  • Selecting and booking venues, entertainers and photographers, and planning and organizing side events.

  • Booking and scheduling of speakers.

  • Arranging event services, liaising with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders throughout the planning and implementation process.

  • Preparing event budget and monitoring the costs.

  • Travel arrangements for speakers, participants and key stakeholders.

  • Communication with speakers, participants and stakeholders, coordination of internal and external clients and partners.

  • Managing event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.

  • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything is up to client’s standards.

  • Monitoring, problem-solving and providing ad-hoc solutions throughout the event as needed.

  • Assess event’s overall success, incl. participants' survey, and submit findings.
